• • You will dive deep into understanding the multifaceted needs of both internal and external users, crafting elegant and impactful solutions that address every stage of the housing journey – from initial property search and visit scheduling to making an offer, moving in, and enjoying life in a rented or purchased property.
• • This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong design craft, capable of exploring and materializing multiple design directions based on a deep understanding of user needs, overarching business objectives, and the practicalities of technical implementation.
• • You will collaborate closely within multidisciplinary teams, working hand-in-hand with talented Product Managers, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to define problems, contribute to critical decision-making processes, and ensure that business needs are met with innovative design solutions.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve partnering with the engineering team to guarantee the impeccable implementation of your designs, ensuring that the final product not only meets but exceeds user expectations and aligns with our high standards of quality.
• • You will be a champion for our Design System, actively using it, contributing to its enhancement, and ensuring its consistent application across all our products and services, fostering efficiency and design coherence.
