📋 Description

• The GSD Remote Desktop Engineer role at DXC Technology involves providing advanced technical support to corporate customers and supporting Service Desk L1 teams with complex troubleshooting, making it a critical link in delivering reliable IT services across global industries.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving Windows OS and Microsoft application issues, troubleshooting network and printer problems, managing Active Directory components, and collaborating with technical experts to broaden technical expertise while supporting diverse customer environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English language proficiency
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases, and network security concepts and tools
• Knowledge of Active Directory concepts including users, computers, groups, and policies
• Understanding of the Microsoft Office application suite
• Ability to enable standard IP printing and troubleshoot printer queues for network/local printers
• PowerShell scripting skills (BIG Advantage)
• Basic MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013/Online administration skills (BIG Advantage)
• Basic O365 administration skills (BIG Advantage)
