📋 Description
- • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Domo to monitor Go-to-Market (GTM) performance metrics including pipeline health, campaign ROI, and conversion rates.
- • Act as the primary technical liaison between GTM stakeholders and the Data Experience (DX) team to translate business requirements into technical data models and ensure data quality and integrity.
- • Conduct deep-dive analytical analyses to identify trends, root causes of performance fluctuations, and deliver actionable insights to RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
- • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their analytical needs and proactively recommend new metrics and reports that enhance decision-making.
- • Drive standardization and documentation of key GTM metrics such as pipeline stages and churn definitions across systems and reporting platforms to ensure consistency and adoption.
- • Collaborate with Finance and RevOps Strategy teams to build and maintain GTM capacity models, sales forecasting models, and long-range planning data sets aligned with business goals.
- • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify drivers of GTM performance and simulate the impact of operational changes.
- • Enable business users through training and documentation to self-serve insights from the BI platform and serve as a technical mentor within the RevOps team on BI best practices.
- • Optimize SQL queries and advocate for data visualization standards to improve efficiency and clarity in reporting.
- • Ensure all GTM reporting is scalable, accurate, and aligned with evolving business needs through continuous improvement of data architecture and dashboard functionality.
- • Maintain expertise in GTM systems including Salesforce and HubSpot to support accurate data integration and reporting.
- • Promote data governance practices to uphold data integrity across all GTM-related analytics and reporting tools.
- • Support strategic planning initiatives by translating business objectives into analytical requirements and delivering data-backed forecasts and capacity models.
- • Provide ongoing support and education to non-technical stakeholders to increase adoption and understanding of BI tools and insights.
- • Stay current with industry trends in GTM analytics and BI technology to recommend enhancements to the analytics ecosystem.
