📋 Description

• • As a GTM Engineer at BaseTen Inc., you will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale sales, marketing, and support functions as a competitive advantage, directly impacting the company’s ability to bring cutting-edge AI models into production.
• • Day to day, you will own CRM enrichment strategy, audit and optimize the GTM tech stack, ship rep productivity workflows rapidly (e.g., turning VP of Sales requests into live solutions within days), build custom AI-powered solutions in tools like Claude Code when needed, integrate third-party APIs for reliable data flow, and document all work to ensure trust and usability across teams.
• • BaseTen powers mission-critical inference for leading AI companies like Cursor, Notion, and OpenEvidence, uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and developer tooling to enable frontier AI companies to deploy models in production.
