📋 Description

• Build and own the internal systems that power Sphere’s go-to-market (GTM) function, integrating CRM, outbound automation, paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, and future growth channels into a unified operating system.
• Map and eliminate fragmented, manual workflows across GTM tools to create scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports 30%+ month-over-month growth.
• Develop and expand global localization efforts for North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to enable seamless market expansion with compliance-aware systems.
• Work directly with growth, marketing, design, and engineering teams to align technical systems with business objectives and execution needs.
• Automate critical GTM workflows using tools like Zapier, AI platforms (e.g., Claude), or custom scripts to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
• Leverage SQL and analytics to measure system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-informed improvements across all growth channels.
• Design systems that handle tens of millions of transactions today with a roadmap to scale to billions, ensuring zero downtime and high reliability.
• Collaborate with compliance and product teams to ensure GTM infrastructure aligns with Sphere’s AI-driven global trade law engine (TRAM) and regulatory requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery of GTM infrastructure projects—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration—without predefined playbooks or hand-holding.
• Maintain a high bar for accuracy and speed; small errors in GTM systems can have outsized financial and reputational impacts across global markets.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-density environment where five days per week in the San Francisco office are required to enable real-time collaboration and rapid iteration.
• Continuously identify gaps in the growth stack and proactively build solutions before problems scale, driven by curiosity and ownership.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and execute with minimal supervision in a small team where each person owns a domain equivalent to a full team at a larger company.
• Ensure all systems are built for global scalability, supporting multi-language, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdictional compliance needs across international markets.
• Serve as the technical bridge between GTM operations and engineering, ensuring seamless data flow, system integration, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to shaping the culture of speed and precision by modeling a builder mindset: practical, adaptable, and relentlessly focused on solving hard problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems, outbound tools, paid ads, and SEO/GEO workflows
• Experience automating workflows using tools like Zapier or AI platforms such as Claude
• Strong technical fluency with SQL, analytics, automation, and systems thinking
• A builder mindset: practical, adaptable, and excited to create structure in ambiguous environments
• Relentlessly curious with the initiative to find answers independently and know when to escalate
• Strong communication skills for fast-paced, high-stakes collaboration
