📋 Description

• As a GTM Engineer at CollectionHQ (a Fluent Software Group company), you will sit at the critical intersection of engineering and go-to-market strategy, building and operating AI systems that autonomously drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue expansion — directly impacting the company’s growth trajectory in the global library technology market.
• You will configure, optimize, and scale AI tools across the full GTM funnel — from prospecting and lead qualification through to renewal — designing autonomous workflows such as lead qualification agents, outbound sequencing engines, and intent signal routing systems that reduce manual effort and increase sales velocity.
• You will train GTM teams on AI-native workflows, drive adoption of agentic tooling across portfolio companies, and bridge RevOps strategy with AI-native execution by closing the gap that traditional RevOps leaders cannot fill through technical innovation and change leadership.
• You will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to identify the highest-leverage AI use cases, oversee fleets of interoperable AI agents assigned to specific GTM process segments, and build live ROI visibility dashboards that show what is working, what is lagging, and deliver actionable recommendations to reps and leadership.
• You will operate in a Scotland-based, globally impactful organization that is transforming its internal processes to increase efficiencies and fuel growth, reporting to the VP of Sales with a dotted line to Engineering and Technology department heads — placing you at the heart of a strategic, cross-functional transformation initiative.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in deploying production-grade agentic AI in B2B SaaS environments, mastering the integration of LLMs with CRM systems and workflow automation platforms while developing rare commercial-technical fluency that positions you as a leader in the emerging field of AI-driven revenue operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph for building and deploying LLM-powered agents in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience integrating with CRM APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce) to automate lead enrichment, sequencing, and data synchronization at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to analyze CAC, conversion metrics, and revenue funnels to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases in GTM motions.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms including Zapier, n8n, Clay, or Apollo, with ability to design, test, and maintain complex, multi-step automations.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered GTM workflows in production — not just prototypes — with measurable impact on pipeline or revenue.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or library technology environments is a strong asset, with familiarity in selling complex software solutions to public or academic institutions.
