đź“‹ Description
- • Are you a visionary engineer who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and go-to-market strategy? Rula Health is seeking a pioneering GTM Engineer to establish and lead our brand-new Go-To-Market Engineering function. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to build the automation layer that will empower our sales and customer success teams, driving unprecedented efficiency and scalability. You will be instrumental in shaping how Rula leverages technology to achieve its mission of making mental healthcare accessible and effective for everyone.
- • In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of agentic coding tools to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated automation solutions. Imagine building AI agents capable of delivering measurable efficiency gains, crafting intricate workflows that liberate over 50 hours of team time per week, and transforming manual, time-consuming processes into robust, scalable systems. You will be the architect of intelligence, converting raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and fuel growth.
- • Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with sales leaders, enabling you to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities. You'll be expected to rapidly prototype solutions, iterate based on feedback, and demonstrate tangible, measurable impact. This role is perfect for someone who is excited by the prospect of building a critical business function from its inception in a rapidly evolving and innovative space.
- • We are looking for an individual who possesses a profound understanding of CRM concepts, including object models, intricate data relationships, and the dynamic flow of Go-To-Market data. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our systems are not only functional but also strategically aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and provide clear visibility into our GTM operations.
- • A core aspect of this role involves leveraging your fluency with agentic engineering. This means you don't just use AI coding assistants for basic tasks; you actively employ tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar daily to write, test, debug, and iterate on complex code. Your proficiency will be evident in your ability to push the boundaries of what's possible with these advanced tools, creating bespoke solutions that go far beyond template-based implementations.
- • You will also be hands-on with leading GTM automation platforms such as Clay and workflow automation tools like n8n, Trigger.dev, or Pipedream. Your experience should demonstrate a proven track record of building custom, end-to-end workflows that solve specific business problems, rather than simply configuring off-the-shelf solutions. This includes a strong grasp of API and integration fundamentals, including REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms, enabling you to seamlessly connect disparate systems.
- • Furthermore, we are keen to see your experience in AI/LLM development. This includes building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, mastering context engineering to optimize AI responses, and developing deployed agents built directly with code, not just configured through low-code platforms. Your portfolio should showcase your ability to bring innovative AI solutions to life.
- • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a remote-first environment. You will be a key player in a fast-paced startup culture, contributing directly to Rula's growth and success. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and make a real-world impact in mental healthcare, this is an unparalleled opportunity to define and build a foundational engineering discipline.
- • Your contributions will directly influence our sales velocity, customer success efficiency, and overall market penetration. You will be empowered to experiment, innovate, and lead the charge in adopting new technologies that drive business value. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be a foundational member of a mission-driven company and shape the future of GTM technology at Rula Health.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in GTM-adjacent roles (Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Solutions Engineering, GTM tooling, or similar).
- • Agentic engineering fluency: daily experience using coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to write, test, and iterate on code.
- • Hands-on experience with Clay and GTM automation tools (n8n, trigger.dev, pipedream) with evidence of building bespoke workflows.
- • Deep understanding of CRM concepts (object models, data relationships, lifecycle stages, GTM data flow).
- • API and integration fundamentals (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, connecting systems).
- • Demonstrated building portfolio (GitHub, shipped solutions, or technical work samples).
- • AI/LLM building experience (RAG systems, context engineering, deployed agents built with code).
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100% remote work environment (United States-based, excluding Hawaii).
- • Attractive and transparent pay ranges.
- • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA).
- • 401(k) plan access.
- • Generous time-off policies, including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks annually.
- • Paid parental leave for all parents.
- • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- • New hire home office stipend.
- • Quarterly department stipend for team-building or gatherings.
- • Wellness events and lunch & learns.
- • Community and employee resource groups.
