- • In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our GTM engine operates at peak performance. A primary focus will be on the intelligent utilization of prospect and customer data, employing modern data and enrichment tools such as Clay and similar platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering timely, high-quality leads to our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) by identifying actionable buying signals. This proactive approach ensures our sales teams are engaging with the most promising prospects at the right time, maximizing conversion potential.
- • You will be responsible for building and optimizing robust systems designed to generate net-new opportunities, accelerate pipeline creation, and significantly improve conversion rates across the entire customer acquisition funnel. This involves a deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to architect processes that remove friction and enhance engagement at every stage. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently and capture market share.
- • A key aspect of this position involves applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to revolutionize our GTM workflows. You will design, automate, and continuously improve outbound sequences, routing logic, and personalized prospect outreach. By integrating AI, we aim to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales development efforts, ensuring our messaging is relevant and timely, and our outreach is precisely targeted. This forward-thinking approach will set us apart in a competitive landscape.
- • You will serve as a GTM “co-pilot” for our sales and marketing teams, proactively identifying bottlenecks and friction points within our current processes. By surfacing actionable insights and growth opportunities, you will empower teams to unlock incremental performance gains through improved systems and execution. This collaborative approach ensures that operational improvements are aligned with the needs and realities of our front-line teams.
- • Continuous monitoring and optimization of lead management and outbound execution processes are critical. You will make data-driven recommendations on lead routing strategies, sequencing effectiveness, campaign performance, and overall velocity improvements. Your insights will guide strategic adjustments to ensure our GTM efforts are agile and responsive to market dynamics.
- • In close partnership with SDR and Marketing leadership, you will provide clear and consistent visibility into funnel health, lead performance, SDR productivity, and key efficiency metrics. This will be achieved through the effective use of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics tools, ensuring all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of our GTM performance and areas for improvement.
- • You will actively participate in regular cross-functional forums, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. These forums are essential for resolving complex issues, aligning strategic plans, and driving effective change management across the organization. Your ability to foster collaboration and facilitate decision-making will be crucial.
