  • • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Rox Data Corp, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI-native workflows into the operations of the world's leading revenue teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless onboarding, designing bespoke solutions, and driving deep, impactful product adoption. You will be the technical linchpin, guiding customers from initial scoping and integration through to successful live demonstrations, comprehensive training, and ultimately, robust user activation.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of activities. You might find yourself meticulously mapping complex customer workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, writing intricate SQL queries to support specific customer use cases and data analysis, or translating real-world customer challenges and successes into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams. The ultimate goal is to empower our users to realize tangible value from the Rox platform as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • • This role demands a highly collaborative spirit. You will work in close partnership with our Sales, Product, and Engineering departments, playing a pivotal role in shaping the very way Rox is delivered and experienced by our customers. This is not a siloed, traditional Customer Success or Sales Engineering position; it's a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about defining and implementing the future of human-AI collaboration in a business context.

  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Own the entire post-sale customer onboarding journey from the very first interaction, ensuring that every user experiences and understands the value proposition of Rox from the outset.
  • • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, proactively engaging with their teams to deeply understand their existing workflows and strategically map them to the capabilities of the Rox platform.
  • • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, tailored training sessions, and live solutioning workshops, adapting your approach for both remote and in-person engagements.
  • • Lead and execute integration and technical scoping sessions with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams to facilitate high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) that showcase the power of Rox.
  • • Systematically capture and synthesize product feedback, emerging use cases, and customer pain points to directly inform our product roadmap and strategic development direction.
  • • Collaborate effectively across internal teams to develop essential resources such as internal documentation, best-practice playbooks, and comprehensive enablement content that scales knowledge and expertise.
  • • Drive user activation and identify opportunities for expansion by articulating and demonstrating clear, compelling value narratives that resonate with customer business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically supporting technical customer relationships either pre-sale (e.g., Sales Engineering) or post-sale (e.g., Customer Success, Implementation Specialist).
  • • Demonstrated strong execution mindset; you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and possess a natural sense of urgency to drive tasks to completion.
  • • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with experience in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for working with large datasets and automating tasks.
  • • Familiarity with Go-To-Market (GTM) methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED, and an understanding of how these frameworks are applied in practice by sales and revenue teams.
  • • Eagerness and ability to work fluidly across onboarding, sales engineering, and customer success functions in a hybrid, cross-functional role.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence and ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
