  • • As a GTM Operations Specialist, AI Automation at ServiceTitan, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing Go-To-Market (GTM) operations through the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence and automation. This execution-focused role is designed for an individual passionate about driving rapid, efficient, and AI-first deployment of GTM content and readiness activities for specific audience segments, such as Exteriors or Commercial+.
  • • You will serve as the critical tactical execution partner to the Audience Leader, translating complex audience and product source materials into polished, market-ready assets. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage cutting-edge AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and achieve unprecedented scale in our GTM efforts.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve AI Workflow Ownership. This means you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining AI automations that streamline the creation, management, and distribution of various GTM artifacts, including secondary assets, documentation, and other essential materials. Your expertise in AI will directly contribute to maximizing team efficiency and enabling scalable operations.
  • • You will actively identify critical decision points within the GTM process and implement AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows. This proactive approach ensures that we are constantly improving our processes, maximizing team output, and achieving greater operational scale.
  • • In terms of GTM Execution and Asset Production, you will partner closely with Product Managers and General Managers to translate their product and market narratives into compelling, customer-facing content. This involves transforming raw source material, such as value propositions and product narratives, into market-facing secondary assets.
  • • These assets will encompass a wide range, including one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, concise product summaries, engaging display ads, and professional webinar slides. Your ability to distill complex information into clear, impactful content will be crucial.
  • • You will also own the distribution of these critical assets and meticulously maintain a clear, accessible repository of all GTM materials and messaging resources. This ensures that all relevant teams can easily access the information they need, fostering consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • • Furthermore, you will support the creation of specialized content tailored for key events and internal showcases, such as customer town halls, trade shows, and internal product demonstrations, ensuring all materials are aligned with GTM strategies.
  • • Project Management and Cross-Functional Alignment are paramount. You will own and meticulously project manage the GTM readiness for all major product and feature launches. This includes defining clear timelines, identifying dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to standard.
  • • A key function will be ensuring seamless alignment of timelines, updates, and results across Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Post-Sales teams throughout each GTM cycle. Your ability to foster collaboration and clear communication will be vital for success.
  • • You will also support the crucial task of data collection for GTM performance metrics and post-launch effectiveness reviews. Communicating these results and insights effectively to cross-functional teams will be essential for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • • In Event & Campaign Support, you will contribute to the creation of content for significant events like customer town halls, in-person customer meetings, trade shows, and internal product showcases. Your content will ensure a consistent and compelling narrative.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Demand Generation and Events teams to guarantee a unified storytelling approach across all marketing campaigns and live engagements, reinforcing our brand message.
  • • A significant responsibility will be managing the preparation, coordination, and execution of major GTM events, such as Pantheon, ensuring all content is ready and cross-functional teams are aligned for a successful event.
