- • As a GTM Systems Engineer at Omnea Inc., you will architect, automate, and scale the revenue engine by designing and building intelligent systems that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is critical to enabling fast, safe, and efficient enterprise procurement through AI-native platforms, directly contributing to Omnea’s mission of transforming how businesses buy.
- • Day to day, you will design and deploy automated workflows across the full funnel — including lead qualification, enrichment, nurturing, routing, and omnichannel outreach — build AI agents for account research and personalised messaging, manage data pipelines for firmographic and intent data, and collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to translate technical systems into clear business outcomes.
- • Omnea is a high-growth startup backed by Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel, trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. The team includes ex-founders and operators from Tessian, McKinsey, JPMorgan, Meta, and YC, with a proven track record of scaling unicorns and executing at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders who have built world-class products and driven 10x ARR growth in 18 months.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM automation, AI agent design, data pipeline engineering, and cross-functional systems thinking. You’ll gain end-to-end ownership over revenue-critical infrastructure, sharpen your ability to translate technical complexity into business value, and grow as a builder in a high-talent-density environment that values shipping v1 quickly and learning rapidly.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in a technical GTM role such as GTM Engineer, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Automation, or Solutions Engineer
- • Proficiency in writing code (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and hands-on experience integrating GTM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Clay) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)
- • Strong understanding of data modelling, reporting, analytics tools, and the sales funnel as an interconnected system
