📋 Description

• The GTME & AI Teacher role at Clay Labs Inc. is central to the GTME Ecosystem, serving as the primary on-camera educator and content creator for Clay University, where thousands of Go-to-Market Engineers learn to leverage AI-native growth strategies. This role matters because it directly shapes how the global GTME community adopts and masters Clay’s evolving product suite, turning complex features into accessible, actionable learning experiences that drive real-world adoption.
• Day to day, you will record on-camera courses, Looms, and walkthroughs; own the full content lifecycle from curriculum planning to screen capture and editorial handoff; rapidly produce content in response to new product launches or AI model releases; create scrappy, live-build formats that capture authentic problem-solving moments; translate innovations from cross-functional teams (Solutions, GTMOps, Forward Deployed GTMEs) into University-grade lessons; and iterate based on audience engagement to continuously improve content relevance and impact.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven go-to-market strategies, refine your on-camera presence and teaching agility, master rapid content production cycles aligned with innovation speed, and build a portfolio of impactful educational content used by thousands of professionals worldwide. You’ll also gain experience translating technical product innovations into clear, learner-centered narratives — a rare skill at the intersection of product, education, and AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating teaching content such as YouTube videos, online courses, Loom libraries, or Substack publications with screen recordings
• Comfort and enthusiasm for on-camera presentation, live riffing, and iterative re-takes without burnout
• Builder mindset: preference for teaching by doing in Clay over slides or abstractions
• Ability to work at high velocity — shipping timely, scrappy content over waiting for perfection
• Strong learning orientation: eagerness to experiment with new AI models and Clay features immediately upon release
• Skill in translating complex, cross-functional product work into clear, engaging educational narratives
