- • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents throughout their stay, ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and ongoing support.
- • Deliver exceptional, personalized service that aligns with Placemakr’s mission of blending apartment living, vacation rentals, and hotel hospitality into one cohesive experience.
- • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- • Coordinate with property maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and property conditions using Placemakr’s tech-enabled systems.
- • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation in all common areas and guest-facing spaces.
- • Execute daily operational tasks including key distribution, amenity management, and inventory control of guest supplies.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Placemakr by embodying the company’s Community Norms and Property Team Mission in every interaction.
- • Work a rotational schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays to ensure 24/7 guest support coverage.
- • Collaborate closely with on-site property leaders and remote corporate teams to improve guest experience workflows and feedback loops.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through thoughtful gestures, local recommendations, and personalized service touches.
- • Ensure compliance with all property policies, safety protocols, and local regulations during guest interactions and operations.
- • Participate in biannual in-person team gatherings as required to foster collaboration and alignment with company culture.
- • Utilize Placemakr’s proprietary technology platform to manage reservations, service tickets, and guest communications efficiently.
- • Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times, even during high-volume or high-stress periods.
- • Provide feedback to leadership on guest trends, operational bottlenecks, and service improvements to support platform evolution.
- • Represent Placemakr with integrity and enthusiasm, contributing to a culture of excellence in guest experience across all properties.
