- • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents throughout their stay, ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and ongoing support during their time at Placemakr properties.
- • Deliver exceptional, personalized service that aligns with Placemakr’s mission of combining apartment living, vacation rentals, and hotel stays into a home-like experience.
- • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and issues via phone, email, or in-person, resolving concerns with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- • Coordinate with property maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of guest needs and property-related issues.
- • Conduct property walkthroughs and inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and readiness for guest arrival, maintaining high standards across all units.
- • Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays, including welcome packets, local recommendations, and post-stay follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Adhere strictly to Placemakr’s Community Norms and Property Team Mission in all interactions, demonstrating a “can-do” attitude and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- • Work a rotational schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage and guest support across properties.
- • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and property conditions using Placemakr’s internal systems and tools.
- • Represent Placemakr professionally in person and via communication channels, acting as the face of the brand to guests, residents, and partners.
- • Collaborate with on-site property leaders and remote non-property teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards and guest experience initiatives.
- • Participate in training sessions and onboarding programs to stay updated on property protocols, technology platforms, and service enhancements.
- • Promote guest retention by identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational policies specific to each Placemakr property location.
- • Assist with inventory management of guest amenities, linens, and supplies to maintain readiness for incoming stays.
- • Support special events or guest programs hosted at properties, including welcome receptions, community activities, or partner promotions.
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk or guest services area that reflects Placemakr’s brand standards.
- • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling guest personal information and property data.
- • Embrace flexibility in scheduling and responsibilities to meet the dynamic needs of property operations and guest demand.

- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for direct guest interaction
- • Proven ability to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
- • Reliable access to transportation for on-site duties in Huntsville, AL
- • High school diploma or equivalent
