  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and refine comprehensive client operations strategies that align with Pavago's growth objectives. This involves a deep understanding of the client lifecycle and the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans. You will oversee all aspects of client engagement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • • A key focus of your role will be to build, mentor, and lead a team of client operations professionals. This includes recruiting top talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional service. You will set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and champion professional development to ensure your team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the business.
  • • You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust operational processes and workflows that enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. This includes streamlining onboarding procedures, optimizing support channels, and developing proactive engagement strategies. Your ability to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and leverage technology will be crucial in driving operational excellence.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure a unified approach to client success.   • • You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client operations, such as client retention rates, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and operational efficiency metrics. Your data-driven approach will enable you to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and make informed decisions to continuously improve client outcomes.
  • • Proactive client management will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities. You will develop strategies to anticipate client needs, identify potential risks, and implement solutions before they impact the client relationship. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a senior client operations or client success leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or technology startup environment.
  • • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling client operations teams.
  • • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, customer onboarding, retention strategies, and support best practices.
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) is highly desirable.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
