- • As Head of Content Marketing at Playbook, Inc., you will own and grow the company's content function, shaping strategy and execution across organic search, social, video, written, podcast, and creator enablement to drive measurable business impact.
- • You will set the editorial bar, build sustainable production workflows, and lead by example by producing high-quality content yourself during the initial phase while building and developing the team.
- • You will join a remote-first, product-driven team at Playbook, a leading creator platform in the fitness, health, and wellness space, where ownership, direct communication, and a growth mindset are core values.
- • You will develop strategic expertise in content-led growth for SaaS and creator businesses, refine your ability to tie content to pipeline and revenue, and grow as a leader who hires, coaches, and scales high-performing content teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in content marketing or content-led growth with proven impact on traffic, rankings, leads, and revenue
- • Hands-on producer capable of writing articles, scripting videos, briefing editors, and approving final cuts
- • Cross-format fluency across SEO articles, video scripts, social, case studies, podcasts, and long-form content
- • Deep working knowledge of how SaaS and creator businesses grow, including positioning, offers, lead generation, conversion, and retention
- • Strong organic search foundation including keyword research, technical hygiene, internal linking, and content briefs
- • Track record of hiring and developing content talent, including interviewing, coaching, and unblocking team members
- • Operator mindset focused on measuring outcomes, pushing for excellence, and avoiding 'good enough' solutions
- • Exceptional communicator suited for remote-first, async-friendly collaboration
