- • As Head of Design at Plaud AI Inc., you will define the global product experience standard and visual language, building and maintaining a cross-platform Design System for App/Web/Desktop platforms, ensuring design excellence across all user touchpoints.
- • You will lead the design and implementation of AI-native interaction paradigms, including agents, intent-based workflows, and multi-turn dialogues, shaping how professionals interact with Plaud’s AI work companion.
- • You will serve as the design quality gatekeeper for a globally distributed team, reviewing and elevating deliverables from the China-based design team to meet international SOTA standards while establishing effective cross-cultural and asynchronous collaboration processes.
- • You will join a bootstrapped, profitable, and fast-growing startup with a $250M revenue run rate, working alongside passionate teammates to define the next-gen paradigm for human-AI interaction and grow your career in a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of UI/UX design experience with real product launches in North America or Europe.
- • Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems, visual languages, and multi-platform interaction frameworks.
- • Strong experience in AI product interaction (e.g., agents, conversational UX, intent modeling, AI workflows).
- • Deep product thinking and the ability to articulate design rationale, problem framing, and end-to-end decision-making.
- • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; proven cross-cultural collaboration experience in distributed teams.
