- • As the Head of Developer Relations at Luxor Technology Corporation, you will serve as the public face and technical voice of Tenki, shaping how developers understand and define AI-native software development by translating real engineering experience into compelling narratives that resonate with technical audiences.
- • Day to day, you will build in public through weekly livestreams, monthly technical write-ups, public benchmarks, and open-source contributions; create high-signal content across X, YouTube, long-form posts, podcasts, and conferences; develop and defend opinionated perspectives on AI-native code review and developer infrastructure; engage authentically with developer communities on GitHub, Discord, and at events; collaborate with engineering, product, and design to improve onboarding and first-user experiences; and feed real-world developer feedback back into product strategy.
- • You will join a mission-driven, early-stage team at Tenki (a product of Luxor Technology Corporation) focused on redefining the AI-native software development ecosystem, where your technical credibility and communication skills directly influence product direction and community trust.
- • In this role, you will deepen your impact as a technical thought leader, sharpen your ability to bridge engineering and community, gain visibility across global developer audiences, and help shape the future of AI-assisted software development through authentic, code-first advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience shipping real production code and engaging in technical discussions about complex topics such as model latency, static analysis, or distributed systems
- • Demonstrated ability to create high-impact technical content (e.g., blog posts, videos, open-source contributions) that has been widely read, forked, quoted, or debated by engineers
- • Skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that engineers read to completion, with a preference for writing *with* developers rather than *at* them
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments where you must set direction and create clarity without waiting for permission
