- • Plan and execute local family-focused events across Alpaca Health's core markets to build awareness and trust among families seeking autism care.
- • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, pediatricians, nonprofits, and autism-related groups to expand Alpaca’s local presence.
- • Represent Alpaca Health at resource fairs, community gatherings, and public events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- • Develop repeatable playbooks for launching and scaling community programs in new markets with measurable outcomes in attendance, engagement, and referrals.
- • Organize provider networking events, happy hours, and local meetups for BCBAs, RBTs, and practice owners to foster connection and retention within the Alpaca ecosystem.
- • Coordinate Alpaca Health’s presence at industry conferences and professional events to strengthen provider engagement and recruitment.
- • Create ongoing engagement programs that enable providers to connect, share experiences, and support one another within the Alpaca network.
- • Build and manage affiliate partnerships with organizations serving families and clinicians to drive co-marketing and referral growth.
- • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, and community advocates to amplify Alpaca’s reach and credibility.
- • Develop scalable systems for event planning, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
- • Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, and timelines across multiple concurrent events and initiatives.
- • Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) to streamline community operations and improve reporting efficiency.
- • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track community growth, event attendance, provider participation, referral sources, and partnership ROI.
- • Gather and synthesize provider feedback to improve programs and strengthen retention within the Alpaca ecosystem.
- • Enable community members to host their own events by providing templates, support, and resources.
- • Travel 25–75% of the time to support local market growth, attend events, and build relationships with providers and partners across the U.S.
- • Maintain a high standard of professional representation when engaging with families, clinicians, community leaders, and referral partners.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with minimal structure, prioritizing velocity and impact.
- • Contribute to company-building at an early stage with direct ownership over critical growth initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in community building, events, or partnerships, preferably in healthcare, autism services, or education
- • Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events and manage multiple parallel priorities without dropping details
- • Comfort working in unstructured environments with high accountability and a fast pace
- • AI-native: Proficient in using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT to enhance productivity
- • Willingness to travel 25–75% for community events and market development
- • Exceptional communication skills and ability to represent Alpaca Health professionally to diverse audiences
