📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of high-value AI use cases for enterprise customers across the Americas region, ensuring successful deployment and measurable outcomes from Relevance AI’s agentic platform.
• Build and scale a high-performing implementation team that serves as a strategic thought partner to customer executives and domain experts, co-creating adoption roadmaps and defining success metrics for initial AI deployments.
• Translate customer business processes and objectives into actionable implementation plans that align with Relevance AI’s product capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of AI agents into workflows across operations, marketing, and sales.
• Design and institutionalize operational artifacts including deployment playbooks, runbooks, value trackers, and stakeholder cadences to standardize delivery and enable consistent, scalable implementations.
• Drive change management for customer teams by developing onboarding materials, conducting user training, monitoring adoption rates, and closing feedback loops to ensure sustained usage and value realization.
• Measure and quantify ROI for each use case using KPIs tied to time savings, usage volume, and business impact, then leverage insights to expand successful deployments across departments or enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Account teams to align internal resources, prioritize feature feedback, and ensure product-market fit through real-world implementation insights.
• Engage directly with executive stakeholders and internal champions at prospective and active customers to establish Relevance AI as a trusted advisor during the implementation phase and beyond.
• Oversee initial enterprise implementations to ensure they not only deliver immediate value but also equip customers to independently identify, scope, and execute future AI use cases.
• Establish internal operational processes to track team efficiency, staffing coverage, capacity planning, and delivery effectiveness, continuously refining workflows as the business scales.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer needs and internal product/engineering teams, translating feedback into prioritized enhancements that improve implementation outcomes and product usability.
• Own the definition and tracking of key success metrics including Net Revenue Retention (churn, downsell, upsell), consumption/ROI per use case, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Maintain a bias for action in ambiguous environments, turning undefined customer challenges into structured, prioritized implementation plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and execution within the implementation team, aligning with Relevance AI’s core values of moving fast, thinking big, and winning together.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience managing technical implementation teams serving enterprise customers with complex AI/automation products
• Proven ability to design business processes, map customer value streams, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
• Technical familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, integrations, and data/analytics concepts
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management, stakeholder alignment, and large-scale enablement and training
• Track record of deploying AI, automation, or data-driven products with measurable business impact
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to turn ambiguity into clear, prioritized action plans
