- • As Head of IT at Skelar AS, you will lead the corporate IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalable and secure technology environments that enable rapid business growth across global EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, and FashionTech ventures built by the venture builder.
- • You will manage a team of 8+ engineers (SysAdmins and HelpDesk), oversee identity and access management (IAM) using Okta or Google Identity, implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), administer Google Workspace with DLP and automation, and drive IT Service Management (ITSM) via Jira Service Management.
- • You will be responsible for budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), vendor management, office infrastructure (network, Wi-Fi, video surveillance, access control), and leading IT projects for new offices and business units while fostering a culture of service excellence through SLA tracking, incident/problem/change management, and automation of onboarding/offboarding.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic foresight in infrastructure planning, strengthen leadership and communication skills by translating technical needs to business stakeholders, and gain experience in security audits (SOC2/ISO 27001), automation scripting, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-impact, innovation-driven ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Manager, Head of IT, or Senior Team Lead
- • Proven experience managing a team of 8+ IT professionals, including system administrators
- • Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Okta, Azure AD, or Google Identity, with hands-on experience in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
- • Expert-level administration of Google Workspace, including security (DLP, Context-Aware Access), auditing, and automation via GAM/API
- • Proven experience implementing and managing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk
- • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in IT budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX) and vendor management
