  • • Own and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Health Systems segment, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within health systems and hospital organizations
  • • Develop audience-specific positioning, messaging, and content strategies tailored to health system decision-makers including CFOs, CROs, and revenue cycle leaders
  • • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and SDR leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and optimize outbound and inbound strategies
  • • Build and execute demand generation programs to accelerate adoption of Pivotal Health’s AI-driven reimbursement platform among health systems and provider organizations
  • • Identify, manage, and participate in key industry events, conferences, and healthcare associations to increase brand visibility and market presence
  • • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine marketing strategy and uncover new growth opportunities within the healthcare reimbursement landscape
  • • Establish foundational marketing infrastructure, programs, and processes to scale the Health Systems business from a greenfield stage
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer needs
  • • Measure and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and segment growth using data to inform strategy and investment decisions
  • • Serve as the internal expert on the Health Systems market, shaping company strategy and long-term growth initiatives based on deep market knowledge
  • • Utilize modern marketing technology stacks including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to manage campaigns and automate workflows
  • • Leverage marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness and customer behavior
  • • Design and optimize lead generation programs across both inbound and outbound channels to drive qualified pipeline for the Health Systems segment
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare, healthcare technology, and revenue cycle management environments to inform all marketing activities
  • • Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission to simplify complex reimbursement workflows and improve provider reimbursement fairness

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong track record of driving B2B growth and demand generation
  • • Minimum 3+ years of experience marketing to health systems and hospital decision-makers
  • • Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at health system financial executives (CFOs, CROs, revenue cycle leaders)
  • • Strong understanding of healthcare, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management environments
  • • Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • • Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
