  • • Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, aligned with global and Southeast Asia priorities
  • • Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from scratch, establishing a high-performing, data-driven function
  • • Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across paid media channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM
  • • Own and optimize key performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, retention, and LTV
  • • Establish and evolve BJAK’s brand positioning, voice, and customer perception in the UK market
  • • Build and scale the content and creative engine, including landing pages, video assets, campaign copy, and visual materials
  • • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output
  • • Partner closely with product, design, data, and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches
  • • Own the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI optimization across all channels
  • • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features entering the UK market
  • • Continuously leverage data and analytics to refine marketing tactics, test hypotheses, and improve execution
  • • Ensure all marketing activities are grounded in measurable outcomes and performance-driven decision-making
  • • Operate with full ownership of UK marketing strategy and execution, reporting directly to leadership
  • • Maintain a hands-on approach, contributing directly to campaign creation, copywriting, and performance analysis as needed
  • • Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and impact within the marketing team, mirroring BJAK’s flat, outcome-oriented organization
  • • Adapt quickly to ambiguity and bring structure through action in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • • Contribute to international expansion efforts beyond Southeast Asia by establishing a replicable UK marketing model
  • • Be based in London with hybrid flexibility, engaging with team members and stakeholders in person as required
  • • Deliver results in a culture that values ownership, execution, and impact over hierarchy and process

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–12 years of experience in marketing, spanning strategy and execution
  • • Proven track record in scaling marketing functions and driving measurable growth
  • • Strong expertise in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
  • • Experience building or leading marketing teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • • Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content marketing, CRM, and analytics
  • • Based in London with hybrid flexibility
