- • As Head of Onboarding, East Coast at Vendpark Inc., you will own the end-to-end process that transforms signed property deals into fully operational, revenue-generating parking systems, serving as the critical bridge between Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client transitions.
- • You will manage 8–12+ concurrent property onboarding projects across multiple markets, overseeing every phase from sales handoff and kickoff to configuration, go-live, and handoff to Account Management, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
- • You will act as the central quarterback across cross-functional teams, defining and enforcing SLAs, resolving feature gaps with Product & Engineering, coordinating staffing and on-site execution with Operations, and aligning expectations with Sales to prevent handoff breakdowns.
- • You will build trusted relationships with property managers, asset managers, and tenant stakeholders, leading onboarding calls, managing expectations, navigating pushback, and owning escalations for high-visibility clients to establish confidence from day one.
- • You will design scalable onboarding playbooks, checklists, and workflows, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in data collection, signage, and tenant communications to improve throughput and quality simultaneously.
- • You will oversee the technical setup of rates, passes, validations, billing structures, data uploads, system configurations, and third-party integrations (marketplaces, payments), ensuring accuracy and completeness before every go-live.
- • You will hire and manage onboarding coordinators as volume scales, delegating execution tasks while maintaining ownership of outcomes and client experience to build a high-performing team.
- • You will operate with high ownership, judgment, and agility in a fast-moving environment, standardizing where possible and customizing when necessary to drive process improvement and scalability.
- • You will contribute to making onboarding a competitive advantage for Vend Park by creating predictable, repeatable, low-friction go-lives that instill client confidence and earn internal trust as a reliable, high-functioning system.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8+ years of experience in operations, client-facing roles, or project management, preferably in finance (banking), consulting, or high-growth startups
- • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding engagements and lead multi-location rollouts from initiation to go-live
- • Demonstrated skill in designing scalable processes, playbooks, and workflows from zero to one, with experience improving throughput and quality simultaneously
- • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, including managing expectations, navigating pushback, and building trust with difficult stakeholders such as property and asset managers
- • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling 8–12+ concurrent projects without compromising quality or missing deadlines
- • Comfort working with data, including pattern recognition, capacity forecasting, and process improvement initiatives in ambiguous or fast-paced environments
