- • Architect and own the global partner growth engine for an award-winning AI marketing SaaS platform already trusted by hundreds of brands. You will be the single threaded leader responsible for turning our partner channel into a predictable, compounding revenue flywheel that scales from today’s baseline to eight-figure ARR within 24 months.
- • Design and execute an end-to-end partner lifecycle—from sourcing and vetting to onboarding, activation, and long-term expansion—while maintaining an obsessive focus on partner experience and brand safety. Your playbook will become the gold standard that other SaaS companies try to copy.
- • Build and lead a world-class partner portfolio of affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, and strategic alliances. You will personally close tier-one partners, negotiate bespoke commercial terms, and create tiered incentive structures that reward performance while protecting unit economics.
- • Drive rapid time-to-value for every new partner. You will craft concierge onboarding sprints, self-serve resource hubs, and AI-powered matching algorithms that surface the highest-converting brand offers for each partner’s audience, cutting activation time from weeks to days.
- • Engineer repeatable, multi-brand revenue streams. You will run cohort analyses, experiment with commission models, and launch cross-portfolio campaigns that turn one-off promotions into evergreen income for partners and compounding ARR for us.
- • Foster a vibrant, loyal partner community. Expect to host quarterly virtual summits, exclusive in-person accelerators in Austin, private Slack channels, and surprise-and-delight moments that make partners feel like co-founders, not vendors.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand growth, product, data, and operations teams to co-create landing pages, offers, and campaign playbooks that convert at industry-leading rates. Your voice will directly influence the product roadmap.
- • Champion automation and tooling. You will scope requirements for dynamic payout rules, predictive partner scoring, AI-generated creative briefs, and fraud detection systems that let us scale from dozens to hundreds of top-performers without linear headcount growth.
- • Establish transparent, real-time reporting. You will build executive dashboards that track partner health, activation velocity, revenue attribution, and LTV, giving leadership the confidence to invest more capital into the channel.
- • Be the external evangelist for our partner ecosystem. You will keynote industry conferences, host webinars, publish case studies, and represent the company on podcasts—positioning our platform as the definitive destination for monetizable audiences.
- • Deliver measurable impact. Within 30 days you will present a 90-day sprint plan; within 90 days you will lock a 12-month roadmap with quarterly OKRs, resource requirements, and risk mitigations that show a clear path to eight-figure partner-sourced ARR.
- • Instill a culture of experimentation. You will run A/B tests on everything from email cadences to commission tiers, document learnings, and codify best practices so the entire organization benefits from your insights.
