- • Own and manage strategic relationships with global airline and hotel loyalty partners to expand Taekus’s premium rewards ecosystem.
- • Source, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities with travel providers to enhance redemption options for affluent customers.
- • Lead negotiation and structuring of commercial partnership agreements, including points economics, integration terms, and revenue-sharing models.
- • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design, launch, and maintain technical integrations with airline and hotel loyalty platforms.
- • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities that drive value for both Taekus and its partners.
- • Coordinate joint marketing and promotional campaigns with partners to increase redemption rates, member engagement, and brand visibility.
- • Stay current on global trends in airline and hotel loyalty programs to inform strategic decisions and anticipate market shifts.
- • Support the expansion of Taekus’s global rewards network by identifying high-potential international partners and localizing redemption offerings.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring strong communication, timely issue resolution, and ongoing relationship growth.
- • Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and marketing to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
- • Balance multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution and partner satisfaction.
- • Translate partner capabilities and constraints into actionable product requirements to enhance the user experience on Taekus’s banking and rewards platform.
- • Drive accountability for partnership KPIs, including redemption volume, member satisfaction, and cost-per-acquisition efficiency.
- • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for Taekus’s loyalty program by providing data-driven insights from partner performance and market intelligence.
- • Ensure all partnership activities comply with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory expectations in fintech and travel industries.
- • Proactively identify gaps in the current rewards ecosystem and propose innovative solutions to differentiate Taekus from competitors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs
- • Experience working with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs (or adjacent fintech/rewards platforms)
- • Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner structures
- • Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships
- • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously
- • Strong communication and relationship management skills
