- • As a Lead Technical Consultant at Juniper Square, you will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert for the company’s largest and most complex Enterprise customers, guiding them through implementation and ongoing optimization of the platform to unlock greater efficiency, transparency, and value in private markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that high-stakes clients — managing over $30B in assets and generating $250K+ in annual recurring revenue — achieve their business goals through tailored, scalable solutions that align with Juniper Square’s mission to democratize access to private markets.
- • You will partner directly with senior stakeholders across global organizations to assess current workflows, design customized adoption plans, lead multi-user training sessions, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for audiences ranging from executives to end-users. Your work will involve diagnosing implementation challenges, proposing process improvements, and driving change management initiatives that ensure long-term success and product adoption across diverse teams and geographies.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to troubleshoot intricate issues, influence product roadmap decisions based on real-world customer feedback, and establish standardized best practices that enhance consistency and scalability across the customer base.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementation within the investment management sector, refine your ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven storytelling, and emerge as a thought leader in technical consulting — positioning yourself to drive strategic initiatives, mentor peers, and contribute meaningfully to Juniper Square’s growth and product evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years working directly with enterprise-level clients
- • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects for strategic enterprise customers in the investment management or financial technology industry
- • Demonstrated ability to consult with senior-level partners, define and track business metrics, anticipate risks, and resolve issues proactively
- • Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering persuasive presentations to executive audiences
- • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively in team settings, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- • Preferred: Technical experience with API implementations and willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers or internal teams
