Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end retail order lifecycle: from Shopify and EDI portals to warehouse pick/pack/ship confirmations, ensuring every ARMRA customer receives their colostrum on time and in perfect condition.
- • Serve as the single point of contact between ARMRA’s remote HQ, our 3PL partners, and big-box retail buyers (Target, Whole Foods, CVS, etc.)—translating purchase orders into actionable pick lists and resolving discrepancies before they become chargebacks.
- • Monitor real-time inventory dashboards across multiple warehouses and retail DCs; flag low-stock SKUs, initiate replenishment transfers, and coordinate with demand-planning to prevent out-of-stocks during high-velocity promotions.
- • Build and maintain SOPs for order cut-off times, ASN creation, routing guides, and carton labeling—then train warehouse staff and 3PL reps so every shipment passes retailer compliance audits on the first attempt.
- • Own weekly cycle-count reconciliations and quarterly physical inventories; investigate variances, adjust ERP records, and present root-cause analyses that drive shrink below 0.5%.
- • Track carrier performance (FedEx, UPS, LTL, FTL) against SLAs; escalate late pickups, file claims for damages, and negotiate credits that protect ARMRA’s bottom line.
- • Generate daily KPI snapshots: order fill rate, on-time ship %, back-order aging, and cost per order—then present insights to leadership every Monday morning with clear next-step actions.
- • Partner with CX to resolve “where is my order” tickets in under 30 minutes; leverage ShipStation, Loop Returns, and Gorgias macros to turn frustrated shoppers into brand evangelists.
- • Coordinate new-product launches: create UCC-128 labels, upload item masters to retailer portals, and run test orders to validate scannable barcodes and accurate EDI 856s.
- • Pilot continuous-improvement projects—think pick-to-light, wave planning, or eco-friendly dunnage—that cut fulfillment costs by 5-10% without compromising speed or unboxing experience.
- • Maintain meticulous documentation for FDA, USDA Organic, and Prop 65 labeling requirements; ensure every retail pack ships with compliant COAs and lot codes.
- • Act as the “voice of ops” in cross-functional sprint planning, translating capacity constraints into launch calendars that keep marketing campaigns and supply chain realities in sync.
- • Own the returns process: authorize RMAs, inspect product condition, and feed learnings into QA so we catch quality issues before they reach consumers.
- • Stay ahead of peak-season surges (New Year, Prime Day, Black Friday) by pre-booking carrier pickups, staging safety stock, and running tabletop simulations with the warehouse team.
- • Celebrate wins—whether it’s a 99.8% fill-rate week or a zero-defect audit—because at ARMRA we believe every flawless shipment moves humanity closer to optimal health.
