  • • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with small business owners across the United States, initiating contact through both warm and cold lead sources. This involves making proactive outbound calls, skillfully navigating conversations to understand their needs, and identifying genuine sales opportunities. You'll be tasked with qualifying these leads, ensuring that our Sales team receives high-quality prospects who are genuinely interested and a good fit for our services.
  • • A key outcome of your efforts will be scheduling high-quality Zoom appointments for our dedicated Sales team. This requires not only effective communication but also strong organizational skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition of The N2 Company concisely and persuasively. You will be instrumental in building the pipeline that fuels our company's growth and success.
  • • Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.   • • You will become proficient in utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically HubSpot, to meticulously log and manage all your outreach activities. This hands-on experience with a leading CRM will be a valuable asset to your professional development.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with the Sales team to refine lead qualification criteria, share insights from prospect interactions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes. Your feedback and observations will be invaluable in helping us adapt and excel in a competitive market.
  • • This role is ideally suited for professionals with prior experience in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, or call-based customer service.
