📋 Description

  • Own the entire transactional funnel from first search query to successful payment confirmation, driving double-digit growth in conversion, average order value, and customer satisfaction across our 9 European markets and tens of millions of users.
  • Craft and evangelize a crystal-clear product vision for the shopping experience that balances luxury-travel storytelling with ruthless e-commerce performance, ensuring every roadmap item ladders up to our mission of becoming the global reference for high-end travel.
  • Lead continuous experimentation on search relevance, speed, and personalization—leveraging AI-driven ranking, real-time user preference learning, and A/B testing to surface the most inspiring deals in milliseconds and increase search-to-product-page conversion.
  • Re-imagine product pages as immersive, trust-building destinations: craft persuasive narratives, optimize imagery and video, fine-tune option bundles, and place conversion-focused CTAs that turn inspiration into bookings while reassuring high-value travelers.
  • Deploy personalization at scale across the funnel—dynamic pricing, tailored recommendations, contextual messaging—using our cloud-native data stack to deliver 1:1 experiences for both new visitors and loyal members.
  • Partner daily with Data Scientists to instrument every micro-conversion, run rigorous multivariate tests, and translate insights into backlog priorities that unlock incremental revenue and margin.
  • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineers, Designers, Sales, and Marketing in agile squads to ship iteratively, maintain 99.9 % uptime during peak traffic, and uphold the craftsmanship expected of a luxury brand.
  • Champion a user-centric mindset: conduct qualitative research with high-value travelers, analyze session replays, and translate pain points into elegant, scalable solutions that differentiate Voyage Privé from generic OTAs.
  • Influence pricing and merchandising strategies by feeding real-time demand signals to our Sales teams, ensuring inventory is showcased at the right moment, price, and emotional context.
  • Present funnel performance, roadmap progress, and strategic bets to C-level stakeholders every quarter, using data storytelling to secure investment for next-generation features.
  • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and measurable impact across the Product organization.
  • Stay ahead of travel-tech trends—AI search, conversational commerce, embedded fintech—and translate emerging opportunities into concrete experiments that keep us two steps ahead of competitors.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in high-traffic e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS environments with a proven record of driving >10 % conversion uplift.
  • Deep fluency in SQL, experimentation frameworks (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or similar), and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) to make data-backed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success owning a transactional funnel end-to-end—from search to payment—and shipping features that improved revenue, margin, or customer NPS.
  • Strong UX sensibility and ability to partner with designers to create persuasive, on-brand experiences that convert without compromising luxury aesthetics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: comfortable presenting to C-suite, negotiating priorities with engineering, and rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  • Fluent English required; professional proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is a strong plus for our multi-market context.
