📋 Description

  • • Xometry is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Partner Network for the EMEA region to lead and scale its manufacturing partner ecosystem. This pivotal role is instrumental in strengthening and expanding Xometry's supply base across Mainland Europe, the UK, and Turkey, ensuring the successful fulfillment of customer orders for both local and global demand. You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to cultivate a resilient and high-performing network. As a key member of the International Partner Network leadership team, your contributions will extend beyond EMEA, fostering collaboration with network leaders in China and India to drive global improvements and best practices.
  • • In this role, you will spearhead strategic acquisition efforts to significantly expand Xometry’s partner network throughout the EMEA region. This involves developing and executing comprehensive regional go-to-market plans to meticulously identify and onboard high-quality manufacturing partners across critical disciplines such as CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding. A crucial aspect of your responsibility will be to establish and refine efficient onboarding and training programs, ensuring that all EMEA partners are thoroughly equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive on the Xometry platform. Furthermore, you will implement scalable frameworks designed to rigorously monitor and enhance partner performance, focusing on key metrics including quality of output, on-time delivery rates, and responsiveness to inquiries. You will also establish robust feedback loops and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating the capabilities and service offerings of local manufacturing partners. Collaborating closely with the Operations and Quality teams will be essential to proactively address any performance gaps and to continuously enhance the overall service delivery experience for our customers. You will also be tasked with aligning EMEA partner supply capabilities with both global and local customer demand, with the objective of optimizing costs, reducing lead times, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. A significant part of your role will involve driving network effects by fostering healthy competition and implementing strategic capacity planning across the diverse range of EMEA manufacturers. You will work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales teams to provide critical support for order routing and seamless fulfillment, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • • You will lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams, fostering a high-performance culture. This includes cultivating an environment of accountability, encouraging innovation, and promoting data-driven decision-making across all team activities. You will serve as the crucial "voice of the EMEA partner" internally, channeling valuable insights and feedback to support the health, growth, and strategic development of our local partner base. This internal advocacy ensures that partner needs and perspectives are considered in broader company strategies and product development. The team operates within an open, friendly, and trusting environment that actively welcomes initiative and collaboration. Within the Xometry team, every member is ready to offer help and support during challenging times, and successes are always celebrated collectively, with individual contributions highly appreciated. This collaborative spirit is fundamental to our success and contributes to a positive and productive work environment.
  • • This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth within a fast-growing company. Each new task presents an interesting challenge for the team, encouraging continuous learning and skill development. You will gain invaluable experience in building and scaling a complex manufacturing network within a dynamic e-commerce marketplace. The position provides exposure to diverse manufacturing technologies and global supply chain dynamics, offering a unique perspective on the future of manufacturing. You will have the chance to influence strategic decisions impacting Xometry's global operations and contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory. The role also involves developing leadership skills through managing and mentoring a team, enhancing your ability to drive performance and foster a collaborative work environment. You will become an expert in B2B/e-commerce marketplace operations, supplier development, and performance management systems, equipping you with highly sought-after skills in the modern business landscape. The company's commitment to employee well-being, including ongoing free well-being activities and charity projects, ensures a supportive and holistic work experience. The emphasis on flexibility and speed in our operations allows for rapid adaptation to changing market conditions and the achievement of remarkable results, providing a dynamic and engaging career path.
