- • As Head of Performance Marketing & Acquisition at Stepful Inc., you will lead and scale the company’s acquisition engine across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and B2B channels, driving growth for affordable, AI-supported allied healthcare training programs that address national healthcare worker shortages.
- • You will define and execute overarching growth strategy, manage a multi-million dollar monthly budget, own end-to-end campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and search platforms, and optimize full-funnel conversion from traffic to enrollment and retention.
- • You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering a data-driven culture of experimentation and accountability while reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing in Stepful’s NYC office.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scaling growth loops, attribution modeling, and ROI optimization in a mission-driven EdTech startup backed by Y Combinator and recent $31.5M Series B funding, with opportunities to innovate at the forefront of platform shifts and contribute to Stepful’s recognition as the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.
