Head of Product Design

📋 Description

• • As Head of Product Design at Heidi Health, you will own the design discipline across the product suite, setting the quality bar and being accountable for it while still actively designing and raising the team’s craft by working in the file with them.
• • You will lead, hire, and develop product designers embedded across clinical pods, define how design works at Heidi through team architecture and ways of working, and own and evolve the design system as product infrastructure to ensure consistency without sacrificing craft.
• • You will partner with the Head of Brand to align product and brand expression, collaborate with PMs and engineering leads to translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive clinician experiences, and hold design quality sign-off as the final filter before anything reaches clinicians.
• • You will join a mission-driven AI startup that has achieved product-market fit with clinicians globally, supporting over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 116 countries, where your work directly strengthens the human connection in healthcare by reducing documentation burden and letting clinicians focus on patient care.
