📋 Description

• • As Head of Product Design at Aios Medical, you will lead the design function for a fast-growing health tech company building ClinicOS, an AI-powered clinical operating system that enables consumer brands to offer direct-to-patient healthcare globally. Your work will directly impact the scalability and user experience of products serving over 40,000 customers today, with a mission to serve 100 million patients by 2035 and help humans live at least 100 healthy years.
• • You will establish design leadership by creating a cohesive design system from scratch, redesigning the clinical dashboard for clinicians, elevating the mobile and web experience, optimizing internal tools for the CX team, and managing and growing a team of two product designers while reporting to the Head of Product and collaborating closely with engineering and customer experience leadership.
• • You will join a remote-first, high-velocity startup backed by Y Combinator and top healthcare investors, operating with >$50M/yr revenue and cashflow positivity for over 24 months, where design has not kept pace with rapid growth — making this a foundational role to shape the company’s design maturity and execution excellence.
