- • As the Head of Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in owning and driving our product marketing efforts from the strategic conceptualization through to flawless execution. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can shape Leap's core positioning and messaging, meticulously refine our buyer segmentation strategies, and develop the compelling content that articulates our unique story and value proposition. You will work in close, synergistic collaboration with our Sales, Clinical, and Product teams, playing a crucial role in driving market awareness, educating potential buyers on why Leap is the definitive solution for their specialty care needs, and ultimately, accelerating our company's impressive growth trajectory.
- • Key responsibilities in this role include owning and continuously evolving Leap's positioning and messaging framework. This involves ensuring that our communications clearly articulate our distinct value proposition, deeply resonate with our target market segments, and effectively differentiate us within the highly competitive employer health ecosystem. You will lead the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for all new products, significant feature enhancements, and critical commercial initiatives. This leadership extends to partnering closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and broader Marketing teams to ensure the delivery of coordinated, high-impact launch plans that achieve maximum market penetration and adoption.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing a suite of powerful and persuasive sales enablement assets. This includes crafting essential materials such as executive pitch decks, concise one-pagers, compelling ROI narratives, and insightful competitive talking points. The objective is to significantly accelerate deal velocity, enhance sales effectiveness, and equip our sales force with the tools they need to succeed. You will also be tasked with delivering actionable market and competitive intelligence to all relevant internal teams. This involves translating complex insights into concrete recommendations that will strategically shape our sales strategies, inform pricing and packaging decisions, and influence the future direction of our product roadmap.
- • A critical aspect of this role is building and scaling robust product marketing systems and processes. These systems will be designed to improve operational efficiency, enable precise tracking of marketing impact, and provide a solid foundation for future team growth and investment. You will be a key driver in establishing best practices and ensuring the product marketing function operates with the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a specific emphasis on at least 2 years within the healthcare sector (including digital health, benefits administration, payer/provider relations, care delivery models, or health technology).
- • Proven track record of successfully crafting and articulating compelling value propositions, supported by concrete examples of enterprise-level messaging that demonstrably drove measurable business impact.
- • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone, style, and narrative effectively across various channels, audiences, and content formats.
- • Experience in translating complex clinical outcomes and data into accessible and persuasive external-facing materials, coupled with a solid understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA requirements, as well as best practices for external validation and compliance.
- • A strong ownership mindset, characterized by a proactive approach, a commitment to accountability, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality, finished work within a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
- • Demonstrated success as a cross-functional collaborator, with a proven ability to partner effectively and build strong working relationships with Sales, Product, Clinical, and other key internal teams to achieve collective objectives.
- • Fluency in Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and technologies, including proficiency with Salesforce and at least one major marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
