📋 Description

• The Head of Retention & Monetisation leads strategic initiatives to increase customer lifetime value and revenue growth for Lodgify’s vacation rental platform, directly impacting business scalability and market competitiveness.
• Day to day, the role involves designing and executing retention strategies, optimizing pricing and upsell flows, analyzing customer behavior data, collaborating with product and marketing teams to improve conversion funnels, and reporting on key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up in the vacation rental industry, backed by $30M in funding, with a diverse team of 380+ people from over 60 nationalities headquartered in Barcelona, focused on empowering property owners through innovative technology.
• In this role, the individual can develop expertise in SaaS monetisation models, lead cross-functional growth initiatives, influence product roadmap through customer insights, and advance into broader commercial leadership positions within a high-growth tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in retention, monetisation, or growth strategy within a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimise customer lifecycle metrics
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement retention and upsell initiatives
• Ability to define and track KPIs related to customer lifetime value, churn, and revenue expansion
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus due to the international team and customer base
