đź“‹ Description

  • • As the first dedicated Revenue Operations leader at Render Services, Inc., you will serve as the connective tissue between the company’s product-led growth engine and its enterprise sales motion, building the foundational systems, data, processes, and strategy that unify self-serve and sales-assisted go-to-market motions into a single, scalable revenue engine reporting directly to the VP of Revenue.
  • • You will lead GTM strategy and planning by translating company strategy into operationalized plans, including headcount and capacity planning, territory design, and quota setting across segments; build and maintain bottoms-up revenue and pipeline models; run scenario planning to inform investment decisions; and facilitate QBRs while owning exec and board-level reporting on GTM performance in partnership with Finance.
  • • You will own, administer, and continuously improve the GTM tech stack—including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft, Clay, and adjacent tools—evaluating and implementing new tools, workflows, and AI solutions to increase automation and efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.
  • • You will own the weekly forecast process, ensuring pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, deal inspection cadence, and CRM data integrity; build metrics dashboards and reports that provide GTM leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health, win rates, productivity, and efficiency trends.
  • • You will operationalize the full PQL (Product Qualified Lead) framework by defining scoring logic, usage-based triggers, routing rules, and automated outreach paths that convert self-serve users into enterprise opportunities, partnering with Product and Business Operations to instrument the customer lifecycle from free tier activation through expansion.
  • • You will build and run a Deal Desk function that structures enterprise contracts with speed and consistency, protecting margin while removing friction from AEs, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Biz Ops on CPQ, pricing, billing, and order management.
  • • You will design, model, and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership, ensuring comp structures are competitive, motivating, and tightly tied to business outcomes.
  • • You will hire and develop a lean, high-leverage RevOps team as the business scales, fostering a culture of operational rigor, intellectual honesty, and continuous improvement.
  • • Render Services, Inc. is a rapidly growing cloud platform trusted by over 4.5 million developers worldwide, having raised $257M in total funding—including a $100M Series C in February 2026—to eliminate the tradeoff between hyperscaler power and developer-friendly simplicity, enabling teams to ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on product, not infrastructure.
  • • The company values craft, velocity, and user experience, fostering a diverse, talented team that emphasizes integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, with a strong commitment to mutual trust, respect, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build RevOps infrastructure from the ground up at a high-growth, AI-native cloud company, directly impacting how Render scales its revenue motions and empowers developers globally—gaining deep expertise in PLG-to-enterprise motion alignment, GTM tech stack optimization, and strategic revenue leadership in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with a product-led growth motion layered with enterprise sales.
  • • Proven experience building RevOps infrastructure from the ground up or redesigning it for major improvement, including ownership of systems, data, process, and strategy.
  • • Deep Salesforce expertise at admin level, with hands-on proficiency across the modern GTM stack (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft, Clay) and familiarity with AI-native GTM tooling.
  • • Strong analytical foundation, including SQL fluency and/or BI tool experience, enabling independent data extraction and model building.
  • • Experience operationalizing PLG motions, specifically defining PQL scoring logic, product signal routing, and self-serve to sales-assisted conversion paths.
  • • Track record designing and administering sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
  • • Experience running rigorous forecasting processes, including weekly forecast ownership, pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, deal inspection, and QBR facilitation.
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights effectively in board decks with executives and in informal Slack threads with individual contributors.
  • • Builder mentality: demonstrated ability to move fast, document thoroughly, and leave systems better than found, with a focus on ruthless prioritization and driving major progress with speed.
  • • Strong work ethic characterized by positivity, resilience, and the ability to build stage-appropriate structure in agile, fast-moving environments.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Eligibility for equity with early-exercise options and extended exercise windows.
  • • 4 weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • • 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents (birth, adoption, foster), with support for creating a personalized return-to-work plan.
  • • 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for employee and one dependent, plus access to FSAs and HSAs.
  • • Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health, therapy, hobbies, and personal development.
  • • Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy to support remote work connectivity.
  • • Commuter benefits for Bay Area-based employees and home office stipends for remote team members.
  • • Continuous learning benefits and related support for professional development.
  • • Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans.
