📋 Description

• As Head of Sportsbook Performance at Midnite, you will own margin optimisation across the sportsbook, identifying where value is won and lost, and driving structured improvements that directly impact revenue and company performance.
• You will diagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and products; define and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmap; review pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworks; assess and optimise promotional and generosity mechanics; and partner with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement improvements.
• You will establish performance reporting and governance frameworks, manage and develop a Trading Quant, define tooling and platform improvements with Engineering, and leverage AI and automation to improve workflows.
