📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly systematic Head of User Acquisition to build and lead a centralized User Acquisition department at Ruby Labs, delivering UA-as-a-Service across our portfolio of subscription products.
• Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you will centralize operations, own a unified strategy across all paid traffic channels.
• You will manage and mentor a distributed team of UA Managers across the portfolio, driving efficiency, consistency, and a data-driven approach to scaling paid acquisition.
• This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives on scale, complexity, and rigorous execution.

• Strategic Ownership & Department Building:
• Define and own the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and others).
• Develop scalable processes, SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Manage and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers embedded across product teams.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management across the UA function.
• Build a high-talent-density culture that rewards performance, collaboration, and growth.
• Drive knowledge sharing across teams so best practices become standard practice.
• Performance Marketing Execution:
• Oversee large-scale budget management across all platforms and products, ensuring efficient CAC and positive ROAS.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans based on LTV: CAC ratios, retention, onboarding conversion, and ARPU.
• Partner with data science to create and refine advanced analytics and attribution models.
• Own the testing roadmap: A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, testing of new channels, and creative iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance marketing, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing UA at scale.
• Proven background in subscription-based D2C products across multiple verticals.
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets.
• Experience directly managing and developing a team of 5+ UA professionals.
