- • Lead senior-level oversight of complex state and federally funded health transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- • Serve as the primary senior interface with state agency leadership, Medicaid authorities, and other public-sector health funders to drive program strategy and stakeholder engagement.
- • Establish and maintain governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and escalation pathways to ensure disciplined execution across all program workstreams.
- • Provide executive-level advice to state leadership on implementation strategy, risk mitigation, performance trends, and operational challenges within health systems and safety-net provider networks.
- • Review and approve major program deliverables, reports, and corrective action plans to ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
- • Oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for program operations, quality control, and deliverables across multiple health initiatives.
- • Ensure programs maintain strict compliance with federal and state grant, contract, and monitoring requirements in audit-visible environments.
- • Support rapid program startups and high-visibility engagements requiring decisive executive judgment and accountability.
- • Apply extensive expertise in program evaluation for complex health initiatives, including Medicaid, rural health, and public-sector healthcare systems.
- • Manage up to 25% travel to support client engagements, site visits, and stakeholder meetings as required.
- • Maintain deep understanding of state health systems, Medicaid programs, and public-sector funding mechanisms to guide strategic decision-making.
- • Drive strategic alignment between program objectives and broader health system transformation goals at the state level.
- • Ensure all program activities adhere to contractual performance standards and regulatory frameworks governing public health funding.
- • Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate multi-partner implementation efforts and maximize program impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, health administration, public administration, public policy, business administration, economics, or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred
- • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large state or federally funded health-related programs, cooperative agreements, or public-sector healthcare initiatives
- • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting program evaluations for complex health initiatives
- • Experience serving as senior client interface for state agencies, Medicaid authorities, or other public-sector health funders
- • Extensive experience overseeing compliance-driven programs subject to federal and state grant or contractual requirements, including audit- or monitoring-visible environments
- • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and providing executive-level oversight of program performance, quality control, and deliverables
