• • As a Health Pro Consultant at Alight, you will serve as a trusted advocate for employees navigating complex healthcare benefits, ensuring they receive clear guidance and support to make informed care decisions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering member needs, explaining benefit details (deductibles, coverage, prior authorizations), providing provider recommendations, translating claim results, coordinating records transfers, and proactively connecting members to clinical and employer-sponsored resources via phone, email, and digital channels.
