📋 Description

  • As a Help Desk / IT Support Specialist at Careerswift AI Inc., you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity by resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming support tickets via Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow; troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows and macOS; managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365; supporting VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP networking issues; maintaining the internal knowledge base with clear documentation; and escalating complex issues with full context to appropriate teams.
  • You will join a fully remote US-based team at Careerswift AI Inc., a company focused on AI-driven career solutions, where your technical support enables seamless operations across departments.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT support, improve your communication and documentation skills, gain hands-on experience with ticketing and identity management systems, and develop the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues independently.
