- • The Helpdesk Technician I serves as the initial point of contact for users reporting technical issues or requesting assistance, providing day-to-day support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of client IT systems in a fast-paced remote Managed Services Practice.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include remotely troubleshooting and resolving client requests involving end-user hardware, software, and cloud services; providing operational support for desktop and server operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, networking devices, line of business applications, backup and disaster recovery solutions, hardware peripherals, and mobile device management; assisting with client onboarding and offboarding; deploying and maintaining security tools; maintaining helpdesk ticketing system notes and time entries; creating comprehensive documentation; and working with third-party vendors to remediate issues.
