- • Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers in alignment with company customer experience principles
- • Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers
- • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- • Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and count change back to customers following established operating procedures
- • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
- • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy by following established merchandising procedures and standards
- • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures
- • Initiate and participate in store recovery activities throughout the day as needed
- • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in cleaning the entire store
- • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback from peers and supervisors
- • Adhere to all labor laws, company policies, and operational procedures
- • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- • Participate in safety awareness initiatives and maintain a safe work environment for customers and team members
- • Work flexibly across multiple areas of the store to support business needs through cross-training
- • Lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation as required by daily responsibilities
- • Respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations during store operations
- • Work effectively with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- • Maintain attention to detail in all customer interactions, merchandise handling, and operational tasks
- • Possess strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
