📋 Description
- • Lead the installation of residential solar and battery systems, ensuring compliance with NEC and local building codes while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
- • Perform electrical troubleshooting, main panel upgrades, and system commissioning; work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality metrics.
- • Collaborate with branch leadership, homeowners, and local inspectors to fulfill system upgrades, repairs, and inspection requirements; step in to lead the PV installation crew when needed.
- • Develop expertise in solar interconnection, electrical principles, and construction practices while building strong relationships with customers and coworkers through effective communication and problem-solving.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum of 3 years of electrical installation and repair experience, including work with wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC
- • Valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification or equivalent per local and state requirements
