- • Manages, researches, and resolves complex and highly complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts, or issues related to homeowner property claims and subrogation
- • Identifies new subrogation opportunities and refers eligible claims to the subrogation unit, particularly in markets with prevalent complex subrogation litigation
- • Works directly with Subrogation Adjusters and Litigation Attorneys to recover funds on complex property losses, including product liability cases
- • Documents claim files with detailed notes, evaluations, and decision-making rationale to ensure audit readiness and compliance
- • Summarizes key claim documents and accurately enters relevant information into the company’s claim system
- • Monitors subrogation inputs and collections to ensure accurate reimbursement tracking from other insurers
- • Provides mentoring, coaching, and work guidance to less senior team members to enhance team performance and consistency
- • Assesses unit-wide training and development needs related to subrogation processes, policies, and emerging issues
- • Advises management on coaching opportunities and areas for team improvement based on performance trends and case complexity
- • Delivers compassionate, fast, fair, and easy customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- • Works independently with limited supervision, prioritizing own workload and meeting band-level production, quality, and customer service goals
- • Maintains regular, predictable attendance as an essential function of the role
- • Ensures compliance with all internal procedures and external regulatory requirements governing subrogation and claims handling
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of Homeowner’s Property claim handling, settling, adjusting, or evaluating experience required
- • Homeowners Property claim subrogation experience preferred
- • Proven ability to manage complex claims and resolve high-level customer issues
- • Strong documentation and data entry skills with attention to detail
- • Experience collaborating with Subrogation Adjusters and Litigation Attorneys
- • Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision

- • Annual compensation range of $56,000.00 - $92,000.00 based on experience and qualifications
