📋 Description
- • As an HR Experience Specialist at Deel, you will ensure and maintain compliance and HR operations in your assigned country, supporting global teams through accurate and timely HR processes.
- • You will manage leave requests, process administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs), handle onboarding and offboarding, and provide HR support via multiple communication channels.
- • You will collaborate on HR project management for mass onboarding/offboarding initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for your country’s operational quality and HR knowledge.
- • You will audit and maintain internal and external HR-related knowledge, ensuring high-quality HR operations and continuous improvement in employee experience and response times.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to termination) in a fast-paced environment supporting high volumes of employees.
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and located in the EMEA region with mandatory knowledge of UK labor law and employment regulations.
- • Minimum CIPD Level 3 HR certification is required; international HR experience in EMEA and beyond is a competitive advantage.
