• • The HR Specialist will support global HR functions, the HR hotline, and urgent HR operational tasks while collaborating closely with regional HR teams. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant HR service delivery across multiple regions and time zones, directly supporting Deel’s mission to enable global work at scale.
• • Day to day, the person will provide operational HR support for requests across regions, manage and execute global HR operational tasks across the employee life cycle, respond to inquiries via the HR hotline and written channels, process operational requests within SLAs, serve as temporary backup for country HR operations during coverage gaps, collaborate with country owners and team leads, and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve HR service delivery.
