• • The HR Specialist will support global HR functions, the HR hotline, and urgent operational tasks while collaborating with regional HR teams to ensure continuity of service delivery across multiple regions and time zones.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and executing global HR operational tasks across the employee life cycle, responding to inquiries via the HR hotline and written channels, processing operational requests within SLAs, and serving as temporary backup for country HR operations during coverage gaps.
