- • As a HubSpot Administrator at Workana Limited, you will play a critical role in optimizing lead management systems for a U.S.-based university, ensuring HubSpot functions as a reliable engine for admissions and clinic operations.
- • Day to day, you will manage and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation, maintain data hygiene, support two-way API integrations with Campus Cafe, and help implement HIPAA-compliant processes for clinic-related lead handling.
- • You will join a systems-focused team supporting a U.S.-based university client, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve lead flow, follow-up, and operational efficiency across admissions and clinic operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HubSpot backend operations, data management, and healthcare-compliant systems, while gaining experience in scaling lead management processes and contributing to system-wide improvements from the ground up.
